Causes

There is sadly no sufficient verification that will support a single or otherwise several causes that are associated with the causes of morning sicknesses. However, there are hypotheses related to the immediate causes of morning sickness. The first theory is that it is as a result of the increase or the rise in the flow of the female hormone estrogen. This may increase by up to a hundred percent during pregnancy; however the situation is still the same even for those women that do not experience morning sickness.Second is a notable decrease in the blood glucose levels a condition that is known as hypoglycemia. This is simply a result of the placenta draining sugar from the mother even though studies on this cause have not borne any conclusive answers. The third theory is associated with an increase in the levels of progesterone hormone, which relaxes uterine muscles to inhibit a miscarriage. However, this relaxation of muscles may also relax the mother’s gut which results in excess production of stomach digestion acids and increase in gastric-esophagus related reflux diseases. Another common reason that is thought to cause nausea and vomiting during early pregnancy is the sensitivity to certain smells, which will irritate and thus over stimulate the triggers that cause nausea. Sometimes the sight of particular foods especially meats will induce the nausea and vomiting.

Moreover the increased movement of the bowel during the gestation period can be another cause of morning sickness experienced by some pregnant women. Lastly, it is claimed that the woman’s the exertion on the woman’s body to completely detoxify itself in an attempt to cater for the good health of the unborn baby and this is considered as cause.
