Lifestyle Causes and Patterns of Disharmony
A person’s lifestyle can cause them to suffer from a particular disease. For instance is a person overindulges they might suffer from a disease that is as a result of the overindulgence. Conversely, lacks certain elements, this deficiency may cause them to suffer certain diseases. The food that one eats also determines whether they will suffer from any diseases or stay healthy. Quite a number of ailments can be cured, but it is vitally important to address these in good time. Foods like ice cream, fried foods chocolate, coffee, tea, salads and chocolate should be taken in small amounts. Additionally, foods like grains, cooked vegetables, fish, pork, certain fruits and chicken should be included in the diet.
Excessive libido and having many children could also affect one’s health as they sap energy. They also cause failing eyesight and hearing problems including lower back pain. Exercise should also be a part of one’s daily activities as it helps in the flow of energy, but like with everything else it should be done in moderation. Patterns of disharmony may be caused by internal and or external factors or by deficiencies in an unbalanced lifestyle. These patterns are usually set up in the mind and body and could cause heart problems, impotence, diabetes, infertility and so on.
External and Internal Causes
The external causes of diseases are varied and have a lot to do with environmental conditions. Such conditions could be dry periods, summer heat, damp conditions, fire, cold and wind. Wind causes change in movement and could cause twitching, dizziness, convulsions and stiffness. Cold causes stagnation because it constrains warmth and movement and when combined with wind it could cause fever, chills flu and colds. Fire usually dries and causes infrequent urination, constipation fevers and inflammation. Dry conditions on the other hand, cause body fluids to dry up and cause dry skin, constipation, persistent cough and dry lips.
Internal causes have much to do with the mind and emotions. Having a lack or excess of emotional expression can cause disharmony, which could be manifested as hysteria, insomnia and palpitations, which are caused by excessive joy. Other internal causes could be liver injury, headaches, menstrual problems, spleen ailments and hypertension, which are caused by anger. Sadness can affect the heart and lungs and cause breathlessness, fatigue, insomnia and lowered immunity as well. Pensiveness can lead to intellectual overstimulation, mental overwork and obsessiveness.
