		<description>Sorry but this is not a good way to cook ribs. Tender ribs come from rendering the fat and breaking up the sinew material that holds them together. In order to do this you need to cook them a lot longer at a much lower temp. Really good ribs take 4-6h so it&#039;s a good dish to prepare and put the oven on a timer. 220F is a good temp.</description>

Took 2 hours to cook an I added BBQ sauce at the final 10 min of oven time ! Thank u so much this recipe is awsome an I&#039;d rccomend it to everyone</description>

		<description>No offense but his is a lousy way to cook ribs.  Good fall off the bone ribs have to be cooked much much longer 6 or more at a low temp.  All the rest do the same except add vegetables.  Before I serve mine I charcoal grill them at a high temp for about 7 min each side to give them an off the grill taste.  The sauce is the boss, sometimes.  I like a good dry rubbed rib now and then though.</description>
