Grilled salmon cutlet with green asparagus

Ingredients:

1 lime (medium)

2 tablespoon of lime juice

½ teaspoon of pepper

3 tablespoon of dried whole rosemary

1 tablespoon rubbed sage

2 tablespoon of wheat free Tamari

4 salmon steaks, 4 ounce each

vegetable oil spray

Procedure:

  1. Mix the following ingredients: 1 tbsp. rosemary, 1 tbsp. sage, ½ tsp. pepper, 2 tbsp. lime juice and 2 tbsp. Tamari.
  2. Get the salmons one by one and brush the mixture on each sides of the salmon steak. Set aside the mixture left.
  3. Get you wire grilling basket and spray it with vegetable cooking spray.
  4. Thinly slice the medium sized lime and position half of it in the basket. Then place the salmon steaks on top of it.
  5. For the other half of the lime slices, arrange them on top of the salmons to cover them.
  6. Then, close the grilling basket.
  7. Scatter the 2 tablespoons of rosemary on the white coals.
  8. Grill the salmon steaks for about 7 minutes on every side or until it separates easily when used with a fork.
  9. You can then use the herb mixture left earlier to spread on the cooked salmon.
  10. If you wish, serve this dish together with a cup of salad.
