		<description>I recommend Bulgar Wheat it&#039;s wonderful. It&#039;s so easy to cook. It&#039;s like﻿ Cous Cous but healthier. Remember to cook you use 2 parts boiling hot water for every 1 part Bulgar. Let it stand and after 30 minutes it is ready. Very simple.</description>
